Focus Pointe Global began thirty-plus years ago as a single-room focus group facility in Philadelphia. Since then, the company has expanded to 20 research facilities strategically located across the United States.
From the beginning, FPG has embraced technical advances to innovate new and better ways to manage and execute research. An early advocate of using digital and web-based technology in the qualitative space, FPG helped introduce the profession to new technologies, including web-streaming and digital recruiting methods.
FPG was the first marketing research company to design and build an online project information system, RMS (Respondent Management System), that revolutionized the way we recruited and managed our respondent panel and recruiting operations. By embracing emerging technologies FPG was – and still is – a key player in changing how marketing research is conducted and reported.
FPG continues to push the boundaries of the status quo by introducing platforms that provide quicker insights, including its 2017 launch of the FPG Think Tank™ series of emerging service offerings. Today, we are pleased to announce FPG POV, a new mobile app created to enhance the respondent user experience in taking surveys and managing their FPG account – an industry first!

Noel Sitzmann has spent 23 years in the business information field and came to FPG after 11 years as CEO of PreVisor, having grown their business 20-fold from a niche player to the leading global provider of technology-enabled talent measurement solutions. Noel’s vision for FPG focuses on investment to meet increasing client demands and an acquisition strategy to expand FPG’s national presence.

Laura Livers is Chief Executive Officer of Focus Pointe Global, which provides high-quality marketing research data collection services by leveraging new techniques and technologies to make market insights more accessible, accurate, and affordable. Under Laura’s leadership, FPG has expanded its service offerings by incorporating accepted methodologies with emerging digital solutions. Laura has 33 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 companies in the marketing research arena. Prior to joining FPG in 2009, Laura was president of mystery shopping firm Shop ‘n Chek Worldwide.
Atlanta – Buckhead
Kim Reale has over 26 years of management experience, 18 of which are in the marketing research arena. Kim’s areas of expertise include management of operations, personnel and clients as well as project implementation, process improvements, resource management and problem resolution.
Shawn Marcellus is a 20-year marketing research veteran. As head of FPG’s qualitative recruiting operations, Shawn oversees every aspect of the company’s yearly tally of 2,000+ medical, consumer, and B2B projects. Her oversight responsibilities include project management, respondent recruiting, and client consultation.
Ileen Branderbit is responsible for working directly with clients on every aspect of a project from the initial RFP through the end of the study. Her experience of 22 years in marketing research includes facility and project management as well as client development. Ileen works closely with FPG’s largest clients to provide custom solutions to challenging projects.
With 22 years of experience, Kay Savio manages a team of business development staff and heads up the Clinical Research Division. Kay’s client support extends to a wide range of industries including Consumer Package Goods, Financial, Telecom, Insurance, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals and Government Contracts, among others.
Charlotte Daley drives FPG’s marketing endeavors with particular focus on brand strategy and brand communication, both internal and external, across the Focus Pointe Global network. Her responsibilities include ensuring that clients and participants alike enjoy an excellent FPG research experience across all channels.
As the Senior Director of Human Resources, Petula L. Wilson, BS, PHR, is responsible for compensation, benefits, staffing, recruitment, and employee relations at Focus Pointe Global. Prior to joining in June, 2014, FPG, Ms. Wilson was the Director of Human Resources for the CGFNS International, Inc. an organization which provides credentials evaluation, professional development and knowledge-based practice competency to health care professionals world-wide. Ms. Wilson has over 20 years human resources experience, holds a Bachelor of Science from Temple University and has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Wally Balden has been in the marketing research business for the past 38 years, with the last 20 dedicated to online research. He has served on the supplier side, client side and as an end user of research in various product management and marketing positions. He is a recognized authority for online data collection methods and data quality and has been a frequent speaker on these topics at research events around the globe. In his current role he is responsible for creating, developing and managing all online qualitative solutions at FPG.
Mary Lair has spent 28 years in the marketing research industry. She consults clients about details of projects and manages sales of the company’s products and services for consumer, professional, medical professional, and clinical research. Her responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing budget management of projects, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Christy McCulla has been in the research industry for 24 years. She began her career as an interviewer and quickly moved into project and facility management. Christy is a creative thinker whose expertise includes crafting custom solutions for her clients’ research needs.

Penny Trenter has consulted with the Fortune 1000 for 20+ years to deliver solutions that turn client’s objectives into reality.
