FPG Says: Panelists Weigh in on Holiday Shopping

Although consumer spending continually increases during the holiday season, brick and mortar stores might feel less crowded due to the convenience of online shopping. Consumers have shifted their shopping habits to online browsing and buying with one click as technology becomes more accessible to everyone. Based on our survey, 81% of respondents will be doing a majority of their holiday shopping online.
