Our Panelists Weigh in on Plant-based Foods

With the help of big name celebrities and companies, plant-based eating became the biggest dining trend of 2018. Consumers are now paying more attention to what they eat and as plant-based eating increases in popularity, so does the amount of people who make the switch for its environmental and health benefits. According to a recent study, 52% of U.S. shoppers are eating more plant-based foods and 60% hope to make the switch a permanent one because they believe it makes them feel healthier.
